Dancing all around

Just because there is snow on the ground and the boys are busy with basketball doesn't mean that dancing lessons are put on hold. The girls are doing a great job dancing. Emma is turning into a little ballerina and ... ... Jo is taping away at her lessons.
Emma trying on a head piece from Swan Lake.
Hula hoops are always fun at the end of the class.

Way to go girls.

Fall project

I know it has been a long time since I posted (as my family members reminded me)!

I don't even know what happened to the fall (Some time between soccer games (and practices) school etc.... .) I did not get to do much crafting this fall and I only did one sewing project. I got the croduroy fabric back in the summer and I knew when I saw it, it was the perfect one for the fall.

The girls lived in these dresses all fall and were a big hit everywhere we went. Please do not let the pictures fool you. I know my girls are sweet but they do have their moments as well :)

I sure hope I will have more time in the winter!

American Girl

Since the boys are gone this week I am trying to do girly things with my girls. Today we headed to American Girl with our friends to have lunch with their dolls. The girls had a blast walking around and playing with all the dolls.

Emma loves "Molly".

The camping gear was a big hit with both of the girls since we spend some time camping this year.

Luncheon

Even the dolls got a little cup.

We do miss the boys but today was fun just us girls hanging around.

Coppelia

Last weekend I took Emma to Boston to see a big ballet production of Coppelia. It was just the two of us and we had a great time.

It was a beautiful day in New England and we enjoyed a nice walk around Boston Gardens.

The spring is here, look at all those trees blooming.

I was not sure how Emma would do but she did great. She sat through the entire 3 hours (with two intermissions) and loved every minute of it.

After we were leaving she told me wanted to come again the next day and I cannot wait to take her again.

My baby turned 4 today

I cannot believe that my baby girl turned 4 today. Where did the time go. It feels like yesterday when we dropped the boys off at our friends house and headed to the hospital. Emma is growing into a little lady with an opinion on EVERYTHING. She is my social butterfly and she loves everybody especially her sister and brothers. Emma got a new bike today and she tested it out in our driveway.

Jo did not want to be left out so she pulled out the trike.

Going shopping with my kids. I bet we were a sight. It is not everyday that you see girls running in tutu's in the Walmart.

Even fairies have to sit in the car seats:)

Having fun with the Girls

We went to Starbucks for some coffee and strawberry frappuccino.

Jo thought she did not need a nap today:

The boys are in Colorado this week having a great time with dad and uncle Vit.

Emma's 1st Dance recital

Emma had her first dance recital yesterday. I was not sure how she would do on the "big stage" with so many people watching (the theater can hold 900 people and it was almost full).

(the girls getting ready for their number)

The curtain open and Emma had these huge big eyes looking at all the people. She looked at me (I was in a first row) gave me a big smile and started dancing.

She loves the whole stage thing.

She has a very funny Miss K. as a teacher.

I cannot leave the boys out. They came with us every Wednesday morning with bags full of schoolwork and work on school stuff during Emma's class.

All of the costumes were so beautiful:
