Sunday Reflections

Cheer up...you're worse than you think. But God's grace is greater than you could ever imagine.
--C. John Miller For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-- and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-- not by works, so that no one can boast.
Ephesians 2:8-9

American Girl

Since the boys are gone this week I am trying to do girly things with my girls. Today we headed to American Girl with our friends to have lunch with their dolls. The girls had a blast walking around and playing with all the dolls.

Emma loves "Molly".

The camping gear was a big hit with both of the girls since we spend some time camping this year.

Luncheon

Even the dolls got a little cup.

We do miss the boys but today was fun just us girls hanging around.

My Babies

My babies are at camp. Yep my boys are growing up and spreading their wings. We are blessed to have a nice little christian camp up in the white mountains and I cannot wait to pick them up next weekend. I am glad they are there with many of their friends as well.

(that is Emma feeling right at home, she and Jo did not want to go home. They wanted to stay as well.)

I am sure they will have a great time.

Another day with friends

I am a week behind on posting another blog entry.

Anyway last Saturday we spent a beautiful day with our dear friends the Laughner's. It is amazing to watch how much our kids changed the last few years. Two years ago Jo did not want anything to do with anybody. Look at her now best friends with Lori.

Dad's on lifeguard duty.

The kids spent close to 4 hours nonstop in the pool.

Well they did get out to jump right back in.

These two are a blessing in our lives. It just warms your heart how happy they are and how well they fit into our families.

Adirondacks with friends

A couple weeks ago we spend another beautiful week in the Adirondacks New York with our dear friends the Carpenters.

The boys had a blast on and in the water. Emma learned to ride her bike without her training wheels.

There was a lot of jumping off the dock into the water going on.

The weather could not be more perfect. We spent the whole week by the water trying to stay cool.

Fil playing with the kid's toys.

Lots of action going on on the dock every day.

Jo celebrated her 3rd birthday while we were in New York.

Josiah is growing into and young fine man.
